Description
Experience a unique 4-day Saharan adventure departing from Foum Zguid. From golden dunes to encounters with nomads, sports activities, and cultural immersion, this tour combines authenticity and discovery in one of the most beautiful regions of southern Morocco.
Circuit route
Day 1: Arrival in Foum Zguid – Erg Chegaga
Welcome to Foum Zguid, gateway to the Sahara. Set up camp in the dunes and then enjoy a camel ride at sunset. Enjoy this magical moment to admire the blazing sky and capture unforgettable memories. In the evening, enjoy a traditional dinner (tagine, couscous) around the fire in a friendly atmosphere.
Day 2: Exploration of the Erg Chegaga desert
After breakfast, depart by 4x4 to discover the desert's natural riches: dunes, rocky plateaus, and traces of Saharan flora and fauna. In the afternoon, it's time for adventure: sandboarding and quad biking in the dunes for an adrenaline-filled experience. Return to camp for a traditional dinner, followed by an evening around the campfire with local stories and tales. Overnight in a tent.
Day 3: Cultural immersion and trekking
The morning is dedicated to meeting the inhabitants of a Berber village: discovering their traditions, crafts, and daily life. Participatory activities such as preparing henna or accompanying nomads with their herds.
In the afternoon, hike in the surrounding mountains, discovering hidden oases and striking landscapes. Return to camp for an evening of stargazing: clear skies, the Milky Way, and Saharan tales.
Day 4: Return to Foum Zguid
Breakfast followed by free time to visit Foum Zguid and its small craft shops. Departure with unforgettable memories, between desert, culture and encounters.
